The Florist at Mahoney’s
The Florist at Mahoney’s operates as a full-scale florist within their flagship Winchester location. Their expertise lies in crafting floral arrangements for a diverse array of occasions, ranging from intimate gatherings to everyday moments, as well as larger events like weddings and funerals.
I handled the creation of items including print price tags, notecards, stickers, business cards, stationary, environmental and holiday signage, and apparel.

Branding
The Florist team had a vision for branding that would compliment their unique and ethereal arrangements. They wanted to highlight their full-service offerings housed within a greenhouse, which are infused into many of their bespoke creations. We worked on a moody, earthy color scheme and branding that let their stunning arrangements shine while enhancing the overall customer experience.
In order to further set the branding apart from other local florists, we teamed up with a vision and printmaker Danielle Lee to create a one-of-a-kind hand-carved floating bouquet to use as our alternate logo, featuring maidenhair, muscari and poppies—just like the ones you'll find in the Florists’ favorite bouquets. For the final digitized version, we added in a curled fern to drive home our greenhouse roots.
Square Price Tags
I created square, 2-sided price tags for Custom Planters, Orchids, and Everyday Arrangements. Each product features a front tag displaying the logo, and a back tag showcasing pricing, which employees can remove at the register for gift purchases. The back price tags incorporate plant-pressed paper textures, harmonizing with the aesthetic of each product while ensuring the flowers remain the focal point.
Notecards
Florist notecards are commonly generic in design, small in size, and often discarded soon after receiving them with a bouquet. Our aim was to ensure that these notecards not only reflected our branding but also served as keepsakes that recipients might want to save or display. Additionally, we sought to include handwritten notes on each card to reinforce the bespoke, hand-tied nature of our bouquets.
Buisness Cards
I aimed to design mix-and-match business card fronts and backs, aligning with the theme of pressed flower papers to showcase the diverse offerings of the Florist.
