Dog Park Diaries

Dog Park Diaries was a passion project that stemmed from my incredible love of dogs. On the weekends when I would take my dog Chloe to the dog park, I love meeting new people and talking about our shared love of their dogs. That love spurred the idea of bringing my camera and voice recorder to capture stories about dogs.

It was a little hard at first, but I found that dog owners not only love talking about their pets, but they also loved having their dog’s portrait taken. Over time, I also started visiting local dog events, and even printed various marketing materials (shirts, business cards, tote bags, and promotional tennis balls). This project started locally, but brought me to multiple dog parks on the east coast.
